The purpose of this blog

I love books and I’ve been reading since I was 3, ie as long as I can remember and probably earlier!

I don’t claim to be a huge intellect or have any genuine literary theory behind my criticism – I just know what I like and what I don’t like (most of the time…).

I’ll probably get round to talking about most different genres over time, but just so you know where I’m coming from, here are some of my favourite authors:
